Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and results‑oriented Territory Sales Representative to lead commercial development across Central and Southern Italy . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, builds strong customer relationships, and consistently identifies new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow the assigned territory, focusing on Central and Southern Italy.
Develop and execute a strategic
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across the region.
Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
Conduct regular customer \partner visits, product presentations, and negotiations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support strategic decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and territory analyses.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Territory Manager
Strong knowledge of the Central and Southern Italian market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Hunting mentality
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and travel extensively within the territory.
Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with CRM tools.
Fluency in English and Italian
Valid driver’s license.
