*About the Role:*
We are seeking a meticulous *Quality Control Lab Technician* for our 2nd and 3rd shifts. This role is vital to ensuring our raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods meet both internal standards and customer specifications. If you're analytical, organized, and enjoy lab work, we'd love to hear from you!
*What You'll Do:*
- Perform quality tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished products
- Record and analyze test results; identify deviations and report anomalies
- Collaborate with team members to resolve quality concerns
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient lab environment
- Support improvements to quality control procedures
- Stay up to date on industry regulations and trends
*What You Bring:*
- Experience in an industrial lab or research and development environment
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
*Skills and Equipment Proficiency:*
- Calipers, gauges, scales, mills, presses, hand tools, and other basic lab instruments
- Ability to read and interpret measurements and perform precise documentation
