Job Title: Turret Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Turret Operator to join our team. In this role, you will set up and operate turret machines to perform various machining operations. You will be responsible for loading raw materials, ensuring proper alignment and clamping of workpieces, monitoring machine operations, and making minor adjustments to maintain accuracy. Additionally, you will inspect finished parts for dimensions, quality, and defects using measuring tools.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate turret machines to perform drilling, tapping, reaming, and other machining operations.
Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment and clamping of workpieces.
Monitor machine operations and make minor adjustments to maintain accuracy.
Inspect finished parts for dimensions, quality, and defects using measuring tools.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and perform routine machine maintenance.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Complete production documentation and report any issues to supervisors.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rolling Meadows, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr.
