Job Description
The Office / Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Team. This position demands fast, accurate, and professional execution across quoting, order processing, CRM management, inbound lead handling, and prospecting support. The role involves close collaboration with Account Executives to maintain sales momentum, cater to customer needs, and ensure operational excellence throughout the sales cycle.
Responsibilities
Support the Sales Team with quoting and order processing.
Manage CRM systems effectively.
Handle inbound leads and provide prospecting support.
Collaborate with Account Executives to maintain sales momentum.

Essential Skills
Administrative support
Strong computer skills
1+ years of data entry experience
1+ years of administrative experience
1+ years of billing/invoicing experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Highly organized
Proactive
Comfortable communicating with customers
Ability to balance sales support with operational responsibilities

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
