What You’ll Do
Assemble industrial paint sprayers using a variety of power and hand tools
Follow clear, computer‑based work instructions to ensure accuracy and consistency
Support labeling and packaging tasks as needed
Work closely with a team of 4–10 teammates on a well‑organized assembly line
Contribute to a positive, efficient, safety‑focused production environment
What You Bring
At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or mechanical assembly
Confidence using power and hand tools—whether from work, home projects, or hobbies
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Strong computer skills and comfort reading digital instructions
Clear communication skills and a team‑first mindset
Bonus Skills
- Experience with electrical assembly is a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rogers, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
