Position Summary:

The Workplace Operations team represents the heart of our Rogers site our people. The team supports the employee experience and ensures our workplace runs efficiently and effectively, delivering an 11-Star Experience our commitment to creating an environment where employees feel supported, connected, and set up to do their best work.\ \ As a Workplace Operations Intern, youll help bring that experience to life. Youll support internal and external events, assist with day-to-day site operations, and contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and site culture. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing people together, managing details, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.\ \ What Youll Do\ \ Support planning and execution of internal engagement activities and external volunteer events\ Coordinate event logistics including venue selection, catering, vendor communication, internal promotion, and post-event feedback surveys\ Manage the Rogers site newsletter and assist with site-wide communications\ Maintain office operations, including supplies, pantry, and overall workspace organization\ Partner with the Workplace Operations team to support site initiatives and operational goals\ Stay informed on operational processes and budgets, recommending improvements when appropriate\ Help foster a positive site culture and support the overall employee experience\ \ What Youll Gain\ \ Direct experience supporting employee engagement and workplace operations\ Hands-on exposure to event planning, logistics coordination, and vendor management\ Practical experience managing communications and internal promotions\ Insight into how operational processes support productivity and culture\ Collaboration with cross-functional teams in a professional office environment\ \ Required Qualifications\ \ Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related field\ Ability to work approximately 35 hours per week during the summer\ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail\ Excellent written and verbal communication skills\ Ability to build positive relationships across teams\ Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple priorities\ \ Preferred Qualifications\ \ Strong time management and problem-solving skills\ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment\ Energetic and eager to take on new initiatives

This role follows a hybrid work model, with regular in-office presence required at our Rogers, Arkansas office.
