Supply Chain Customer Collaboration Sr Analyst

Are you ready to influence the end-to-end supply chain for some of the world’s most iconic brands? In this pivotal role, you will lead customer collaboration efforts for Walmart by identifying and quantifying supply chain savings that drive mutual growth. You will own the operational execution of modular changes and item transitions while building high-impact relationships with our commercial teams and retail partners. By leveraging robust analytics, you will transform data trends into actionable strategies that maximize customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Responsibilities:

Lead Customer Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for retail partners, proactively communicating supply risks, disruptions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Optimize KPI Performance: Partner with cross-functional teams to influence strategic metrics, including demand plan accuracy, inventory levels, in-stock percentages, and case fill rates.

Execute Lifecycle Management: Coordinate new item transitions and promotional vehicles to optimize inventory flow and eliminate slow-moving or obsolete stock.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Provide retailer-specific insights to project teams and mentor colleagues to foster a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.

Collaborate with Demand Planning: Be part of the demand planning process between planning and Commercial teams for12-month rolling internal forecasts by leveraging POS, inventory levels, and lead-time data to support long-term commercial goals.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in Supply Chain, with a deep understanding of replenishment, ordering, and logistics operations.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with forecasting software (e.g., SAP).

Proven track record of using data-driven approaches to root-cause supply chain constraints and provide effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.

Walmart experience is a plus

Familiarity with data visualization and query tools such as DOMO, Google Looker Studio, SQL, or Python.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to thrive in a high-paced, pressurized environment.

Experience with Kinaxis or SAP APO systems and retail-specific platforms (e.g., Crisp).

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range $96,800.00 - $130,000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
