We are a small, specialized firm based in Northwest Arkansas. We are looking for Independent Contractors to join our field teams for nationwide modular building offloads and installations. This is 100% travel work. If you are mechanically inclined and dependable, we will train you on our specific systems. What We Provide Pay: $300 -- $500 per day (based on experience/skill set). Travel: All flights and lodging are company-paid. Expenses: Daily per diem provided for meals. Support: We reimburse for required OSHA certifications and approved equipment. Training: We provide hands-on training for our specific modular offload and assembly procedures. Responsibilities Travel to job sites across the USA to assist in the offload and positioning of modular units. Use hand and power tools for structural assembly and mechanical installation. Coordinate with crane operators and transport teams to ensure safe offloads. Represent the company professionally on high-standard industrial job sites. Requirements Reliability: You must be able to travel 100% and show up on time. Mechanical Aptitude: Basic experience with tools and construction environments is required. Professionalism: Ability to follow strict safety protocols and work well in a small team. Documentation: Must have a valid ID and be able to pass site-specific background checks.
