As a Solutions and Implementation Analyst at UPS Roermond you design, analyze, and deliver tailored solutions that enhance customer transportation systems and drive additional revenue streams. In this role, you will work closely with customers, operations, and IT teams to translate business requirements into effective, data-driven solutions and ensure successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer requirements and design scalable solutions
Support development and implementation of transportation solutions
Document processes and validate data, requirements, and customer profiles
Coordinate UAT with Operations and IT
Manage project tracking tools and monitor progress
Technical & Analytical
Develop and support technical solutions (e.g. SQL, integrations, C#)
Test functionalities and ensure quality delivery
Analyze data and provide improvement recommendations
Evaluate solutions before implementation
Incorporate customer feedback into solutions
Collaboration & Expertise
Collaborate with internal teams, including SERs, to support business growth
Act as subject matter expert in Customer Solutions
Keep stakeholders informed on progress and updates
Stay current with industry trends and technologies
What you’ll get
Salary starting from € 3269 based upon experience;
A one year UPS contract;
The flexibility to work at our offices and at home (A minimum of 3 days in the office, sometimes 5 when needed);

What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree or International equivalent ;
Preferably 1-2 years of relevant working experience;
Maximum commute time of 1 hour from Roermond
High level of analytical, process and project management skills, able to communicate on different levels in an organization;
It is important that you have a hands on mentality, are result / service and quality orientated, flexible in working hours and able to travel when required.
