Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Digital Design Technologist/Learning Platform to join their team. As a Digital Design Technologist/Learning Platform, you will be part of the Learning and Development department supporting enterprise-wide training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, creativity, and collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Digital Design Technologist/Learning Platform
Location: Maryland
Pay Range: $82.20/hr W2
What's the Job?
Assist in organization-wide training initiatives, innovation, and strategic alignment with business goals.
Lead projects to enhance learning systems, develop engaging e-Learning content, and produce multimedia graphics, animations, and videos.
Ensure seamless integration of systems and technology to support a robust just-in-time training ecosystem, especially via LMS and LXP platforms.
Oversee the adoption and deployment of innovative learning modalities, media tools, and emerging technologies.
Promote accessible design principles and ensure technology use aligns with organizational standards and compliance requirements.
What's Needed?
A bachelor’s, master’s degree, or equivalent experience in Learning Technology, Graphic Design, Education, Communications, or related fields.
Experience administering and building integrations for Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), preferably Docebo.
Proficiency in video editing and creating motion graphics using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Articulate 360, or Camtasia.
Experience leveraging AI-powered tools like Synthesia to develop innovative educational content.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, training delivery, and capability development in a business environment.
