Job Description
The Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and automated equipment in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. This role supports production operations by ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and maintaining safe and efficient manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate has strong multi-craft skills and hands-on experience with PLC-controlled systems.

Skills and Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred
3+ years of experience in an industrial or automotive manufacturing environment
Multi-craft maintenance experience including:
Electrical troubleshooting (AC/DC, motors, drives, sensors)
Mechanical systems (bearings, gearboxes, conveyors)
Pneumatics and hydraulics
Hands-on experience with PLCs, including:
Troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment
Reading and interpreting ladder logic
Experience with common PLC platforms (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar)
