Pay & Shift Details:
Pay Rate: $15.50/hour (First Shift)
Shift Hours: 5:30 am – 1:30 pm
What You’ll Do:
Assemble pre-machined cabinet parts and sub-assemblies with care, following set assembly patterns.

Commit to delivering the highest quality—because our customers deserve the best!
Safely operate hand, electronic, and pneumatic tools to complete bench-type processes.
Monitor and report any defects or questionable materials to your supervisor.
Keep your tools performing their best with preventative maintenance.
Meet production goals while strictly maintaining our company’s high standards for safety and quality.
Always wear all required PPE—safety glasses, ear plugs, and safety shoes (other PPE as required).
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Detail-oriented and relentlessly safety-focused.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and time management skills.
Ability to use measuring tools and basic math.
Physically capable: able to stand, walk, stoop, lift/move 50+ lbs., and perform repetitive motions for extended periods (inside and out).
