Office ManagerWe are a small business looking for an Office Manager to join our team.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months' experience
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all administrative operations including processing purchase orders, invoices, bills, and payments using QuickBooks Online.
- Email with vendors and customers
- Sending statement
- Account reconciliation
- Pay monthly state taxes
- Writing up invoices and processing credit cards for customers at the front counter.
- Assist in processing orders and updating listings on our Shopify website.
Hours between 8-4:30 (40 hours/week). $20/hour minimum.
