Office ManagerWe are a small business looking for an Office Manager to join our team.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months' experience

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all administrative operations including processing purchase orders, invoices, bills, and payments using QuickBooks Online.
  • Email with vendors and customers
  • Sending statement
  • Account reconciliation
  • Pay monthly state taxes
  • Writing up invoices and processing credit cards for customers at the front counter.
  • Assist in processing orders and updating listings on our Shopify website.

Hours between 8-4:30 (40 hours/week). $20/hour minimum.
