ManpowerGroup Marketing Associate in Rockledge, Florida
Our client, a leading organization in the industrial and B2B sectors, is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join their dynamic team. As a Marketing Associate, you will be an integral part of the marketing department supporting regional sales and communications initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, creativity, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive within the organization.
Job Title: Marketing Associate
Location: Rockledge, FL
Pay Range: $65000 - $85000
Shift: M-F 8am-5pm
What's the Job?
Develop and enhance quarterly business presentations to support sales efforts
Create product promotion and customer-specific presentations to engage target audiences
Design and produce trade show materials and marketing collateral to boost brand visibility
Support visual content creation, including graphics, slide decks, and messaging
Assist with market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
What's Needed?
Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong presentation development skills, including storytelling and visual communication
Ability to translate technical or business content into clear, compelling messaging
Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
