Job Summary
Food Tech is looking for a Project Manager to Manage all facets of the project including budget, schedule, scope of work, subcontractor
coordination, and contract execution.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Manage all facets of the project including budget, schedule, scope of work, subcontractorcoordination, and contract execution.
Work with the Planning, Design, and Construction teams to effectively manage the project.
Serve as the primary contact for the client as well as the project team.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Engineering, or related 4-year degree.
5-10 years of relevant experience; experience in food and beverage or cold storage is stronglydesired.
Willingness to travel to nation-wide project sites, estimated 25% time.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented and effective in keeping all critical project aspects up to date.
Proficiency in Procore and MS Project or other scheduling software.
Supervisory and leadership skills.
Team-oriented, positive attitude, and proactive work ethic.
Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.
