Monarch NC is seeking a dedicatedLPNto join ourLong-Term Services team in Rockingham, NC. We are a leading provider of person-centered care across North Carolina, committed to helping people live their best lives through dignity, respect, and empowerment.
Work Schedule:
- Sunday (7:45pm-8:15am)
What You'll Do:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the daily lives of the individuals we support by:
- Delivering medical services and active treatment under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Administering and monitoring medications.
- Conducting nursing assessments and implementing interventions.
- Coordinating care with physicians, pharmacies, labs, and other providers to ensure safe and effective treatment.
What We're Looking For:
- Current North Carolina LPN license
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experienceworking with individuals withI/DD, mental health diagnoses, or substance use disorders
- Psychiatric nursing experienceis a plus, but not required
- A passion for person-centered care and a commitment to empowering others
