Job Summary

The Personal Integrator provides high-level administrative, organizational, and operational support to the President/Owner and Chief Operating Officer (Integrator) while also supporting general office functions. This role serves as a key accountability partner to executive leadership by managing priorities, protecting executive time, ensuring follow-through on commitments, and helping keep the organization running smoothly. The Personal Integrator holds an Accountability Chart seat within the EOS framework and is responsible for executing the key accountabilities associated with this role. The Personal Integrator is responsible for removing administrative and organizational friction for executive leadership by increasing focus, traction, and accountability across the organization. Priorities may shift based on executive and organizational needs. The role exercises discretion and independent judgment in carrying out assigned responsibilities.

 

 

What you will be doing

· Own and execute the Personal Integrator EOS seat and key accountabilities.

· Operate within the EOS framework and support meeting rhythms, action-item tracking, and follow-up.

· Provide daily administrative and organizational support to executive leadership.

· Manage executive inboxes and calendars, including prioritization and complex scheduling.

· Serve as an accountability partner by protecting executive time, tracking priorities, and supporting delegation and follow-through.

· Prepare brief background summaries prior to meetings.

· Track questions, action items, responses, and commitments to ensure nothing is left unresolved.

· Coordinate business and personal travel arrangements.

· Provide client and customer support assistance as needed.

· Support strategic gifting, meetings, and company events.

· Assist with light personal finance tasks (checks, bill payment, budget organization).

· Support light property administration, including AP/AR support, vendor coordination, tenant inquiries, and coordination with property managers.

· Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.

· Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

· Identify and recommend process and workflow improvements.

· Ensure assigned responsibilities are completed accurately, on time, and to standard.

 

Education & Experience

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

· Minimum of two (2) years of experience in executive assistant, administrative support, office management, or similar role.

· Experience supporting senior leadership preferred.

 

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience working in an EOS or similar accountability-based operating system.
