CNC Operator
2nd Shift | Climate‑Controlled Facility | Shift Differential

What You’ll Do
As a CNC Operator, you’ll run multiple CNC milling machines while producing high‑quality parts that meet exact specifications. This role is ideal for operators who enjoy precision work and steady production without forced overtime.
Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC milling machines (Doosan, Kia, and similar brands)
Run up to two machines simultaneously
Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
Inspect parts using gauges, micrometers, and calipers
Perform machining operations including:
Drilling
Tapping
Boring
Turning
Make basic tool and offset adjustments as needed
Ensure parts meet quality and tolerance requirements
What We’re Looking For
Experience operating CNC Mills or Lathes
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Strong inspection skills using precision measuring tools
Understanding of machining processes
Comfortable making basic tooling and machine adjustments

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rockford, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
