At our Auburn McDonald’s location, crew members can earn $20 per hour after completing training and passing the required procedure exam within 30 days of hire.
*Training pay starts at $15 per hour, with the opportunity to quickly increase to $20 per hour.

Position Overview
As a Crew Team Member, you will work in Service and Kitchen roles.
Service Crew Responsibilities
Welcome guests with friendly and professional customer service
Take orders accurately and efficiently
Ensure every guest has a positive dining experience
Keep dining and guest areas clean, organized, and inviting
Work as part of a fast-moving team during busy shifts
Kitchen Crew Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble food to McDonald’s quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Ensure orders are prepared quickly and accurately
Support team members to keep operations running smoothly
