Basic Qualifications Process Engineer (2): An Associates Degree in engineering and 4 years of relevant work experience or a bachelors degree in engineering with 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably engineering OR a masters degree in engineering. Must possess a valid drivers license. Must be able to obtain clearance from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms and Explosives as an Employee Possessor. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment Demonstrated hands-on mechanical ability Basic Qualifications Principal Process Engineer (3): An Associates Degree in engineering and 7 years of relevant work experience or a bachelors degree in engineering with 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably engineering OR a masters degree in engineering with 3 years of relevant experience. Must possess a valid drivers license. Must be able to obtain clearance from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms and Explosives as an Employee Possessor. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment Demonstrated hands-on mechanical ability Preferred Qualification: Experience or coursework in surface preparation and finishing. Experience in interpreting technical specifications. Experience in interpreting or preparing engineering drawings. Experience in creating and maintaining detailed procedures. Ability to work in a production environment. Demonstrated hands-on mechanical ability Primary Level Salary Range: $72,100.00 - $108,100.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $89,400.00 - $134,200.00
