This position is responsible for ensuring all proposal bill of materials are prepared and supported in accordance with all applicable Defense Systems Sector procedures and FAR regulations. This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree with 5+ years of pricing or business management experience OR Masters degree with 3+ years of pricing or business management experience Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of education Requires the ability to obtain U.S. Government DoD security clearance Experience with MS Office Suite Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of FAR/DFAR or other applicable government regulations Leadership or people management experience Experience with U.S. Government, commercial and international proposals Preferred Requirements: Experience in Aerospace or government contracting Experience directly or indirectly managing people preferred Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business is preferred 5 or more years progressive Program Management experience and/or Proposal Management experience on Development Programs (DoD experience preferred) including hands-on proposal development and project planning Primary Level Salary Range: $104,500.00 - $181,600.00
