We are long-term care facility, however, we also have outpatient Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy. We are seeking an LVN to join our family. Duties may include
- Handling and serving residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort
- Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and vitals
- Coordinating schedules for residents requiring rehabilitation therapy
- Receiving and escorting visitors
- Provides quality Customer Service efficiently to residents, families, co-workers, and vendors in a manner to ensures satisfaction.
- Medication Management.
- Follows infection control techniques in performing patient resident care.
- Observes and report signs and symptoms of changes in condition.
- Exchanges information necessary for quality patient/resident care.
- Prioritizes patient/resident activities based on current care needs.
- Maintains all documentation as required by Federal and State regulations and Company policy.
- Provides proper documentation including but not limited to electronic record keeping.
