NOWCAP Services offer health insurance to all employees consistently working 30 hours/week or more after 60 days of employment. We offer employer-sponsored dental insurance which covers 90% of covered expenses to our FT employees working 40 hours/week after 90 days of employment. An employer-sponsored eyeglass insurance program is offered as well to FT employees working 40 hours/week after 6 months of employment. Paid time off is awarded after 1 year of employment.
General Description of Position: The primary function of this position is to provide effective and efficient daily direct care support services to program participants. During their scheduled shifts, Direct Care Professionals provide support, training, and assistance to all assigned program participants which includes ensuring that each program participant's Individual Plan of Care is strictly followed.
