Security Officer Concierge: Morning Shift, Afternoon Shift, Evening Shift
Employment Type: Full Time
Starting Base Pay: $14.00 per hour
Workdays Available: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Must Be 21+ Years of Age for Role
Must Have Great Customer Service Skills
Must Be Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer service, greet residents and guests to the residential complex in a welcoming and professional manner at all times
Direct food delivery personnel to the residential apartment
Accept packages as needed for residents or directs delivery to the correct apartment
Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security or safety hazards
QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
High school diploma or Verifiable High School Diploma or GED (Certificates of Completion not acceptable)
Must be at least 21 years of age for role
Must possess a valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), a minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle required.
Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
Excellent oral and written interpersonal communication skills
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new and customer-specific applications
Attention to detail
Customer service skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):
- Customer service or hospitality experience in a residential community or hotel setting
