Responsible for operating chemical plant equipment and processes, monitoring reactions, and ensuring safe, efficient production.
Key Responsibilities
Operate reactors, distillation systems, pumps, centrifuges, and related equipment
Load/unload raw materials and finished products
Monitor processes and adjust valves, gauges, temperature, and pressure
Record production data, batch information, and equipment performance
Troubleshoot process and equipment issues
Perform routine maintenance and quality control sampling
Maintain housekeeping and follow HSEQ and safety procedures
Operate forklifts and handle materials as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
1+ year manufacturing experience preferred
Work Environment & Physical Demands
Exposure to chemicals, noise, temperature extremes, and moving equipment
Requires PPE use, standing, lifting (up to 55 lbs), and working in industrial conditions
