Full-Time Production Associate | 1st Shift

We’re hiring a reliable, hands‑on Production Associate to join a growing team where quality, teamwork, and consistency matter. If you enjoy working with your hands, paying attention to detail, and seeing the results of your work, this could be a great fit!
What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in producing high‑quality finished products by:
Using sanders, grinders, buffers, and hand tools to remove excess material
Smoothing, polishing, and finishing surfaces to meet quality standards
Applying paints, sealants, varnishes, or protective coatings
Performing buffing, staining, and sealing for final appearance
Operating finishing equipment such as welders, grommet tools, and cutters
Completing secondary tasks like drilling, gluing, taping, stitching, and shrink‑wrapping
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
Ability to read work orders and follow instructions
Comfortable using production tools and equipment
Ability to stand for most of the shift and lift 10–50 lbs
Good color, detail, and finish perception
A team‑focused attitude and positive communication style
