Summary:
Greenlight Networks’ Integration & Transformation Office (ITO) Senior Project Manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, and successful completion of projects and processes tied to ITO workstreams. This role ensures all initiatives are executed with consistency and in alignment with broader ITO timelines, standards, and deliverables. Serving as the functional workstream lead and primary point of contact for stakeholders across the Greenlight Networks footprint, the Project Manager is accountable for delivering integrationfocused projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Position responsibilities are outlined as follows:This position can be located in anywhere within Greenlight Networks footprint.Essential Functions:
Lead and function as point person on integration and transformation related projects across the organization,overseeing and directing the life cycle and delivery of completion.
Provide effective and timely project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a clear, concise, and consistent manner.
Act as the subject matter expert on the status of projects and implementation including process rollouts.
Manage and direct actions within each project(s) balancing resources and directing activities as appropriate to achieve corporate goals
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and coordinate mitigation efforts to ensure execution of project activities
Ensure and implement proper project documentation ensuring it is complete, current, consistent, and accessible by related stakeholders.
Develop sustainable project management tools and reports for tracking project milestones and overall company goals.
Engage project team members and/or contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
Use standard reporting methods to keep the management team updated on the standing of each project.
Capable of resolving and communicating escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including communication with all levels from front-line employees to senior level management and third-party associates.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Attention to detail.
Team player with ability to solicit and obtain cross-functional input and collaboration.
Strategic, critical thinker with the ability to provide insightful status reviews and recommendations for issue resolution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
Problem-solving aptitude.
Work history / proven record of accomplishment leading projects in a matrixed environment.
Ability to demonstrate the quality of leadership by influence
Education and Experience:
Four-year degree / post high school education in related field (project management, engineering, business) is highly desirable.
PMP certification preferred
Ten years’ related industry experience (telecommunications, construction, operations).
Minimum of five years in a PM role and/or the ability to demonstrate large scale project management experience
Background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis.
Compensation:
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The annual pay range for this position is $135k - $165k. The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
