Together we design and produce proprietary product lines, including: * Davenport multi-spindle screw machines (Model B & Hybrid) * Thread rolling attachments * Thread rolls, specialty dies and tooling * Cold Root Rolling SystemsJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead daily operations at our manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for driving safe, efficient production while building a positive, accountable workplace culture. The ideal candidate is hands-on, people-focused, and results driven.Key Responsibilities: * Lead and support hourly and salaried employees; address employee relations issues fairly and consistently * Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high quality standards * Manage labor hours to achieve optimal productivity and cost control * Reduce scrap, rework, and waste through continuous improvement initiatives * Promote a positive, safety-focused culture built on teamwork, accountability, and respect * Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering to improve uptime and processes * Monitor KPIs including efficiency, scrap rates, attendance, and safety metrics * Coach, train, and develop supervisors and team leads * Enforce company policies and support HR initiativesQualifications: * Proven experience as a Plant Manager or senior manufacturing leader * Strong background in employee relations and team leadership * Demonstrated success improving productivity and reducing scrap * Solid understanding of manufacturing processed and lean principles * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills * Ability to lead by example on the production floor What We Offer: * Competitive compensation * Excellent benefits * Stable operation * Opportunity to make a real impact on culture and performance * Career development and opportunities for advancementBenefits: * Medical * Dental * Vision * Paid Time Off (PTO) * Paid holidays * 401(k) with company match * Life Insurance * Short Term Disability * Long Term Disability * And more!Please submit your resume for consideration.
