Position Overview
Comfort is seeking driven individuals for an Entry Level Outside Sales & Neighborhood Marketing Rep role with clear growth opportunities and uncapped earning potential. In this field-based position, you will engage homeowners in local neighborhoods and at community events, introduce Comfort’s services, and schedule free, no-obligation in-home estimates.
This is not a closing or cold-calling role. Your responsibility is to start the conversation and set qualified appointments—our sales team handles the rest.
Compensation & Earnings
● Base Pay: $18–$20 per hour (paid weekly)
● Uncapped Performance Bonuses: Earn more for every qualified appointment you set
● Top Performers Average: $25–$35+ per hour (higher during peak weeks)
Your effort directly impacts your earnings—there’s no cap on what you can make.

What You’ll Be Doing
● Canvass local neighborhoods and speak with homeowners face-to-face
● Introduce Comfort’s home improvement solutions
● Schedule free, no-obligation in-home estimates
● Represent Comfort at home shows, fairs, and community events
● Work alongside a fun, competitive, team-oriented environment
● Track progress using simple mobile tools and a proven pitch
Basic Requirements
● Must be 18 years or older
● Reliable transportation
● Comfortable working outdoors
● Ability to speak with homeowners in person
● Driver’s license is a plus
