A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an Order Management Specialist. Position Type: Full time contract, Possible Contract to Hire Duration: 12months Location: Rochester, NY 14610 ( Onsite/1st shift) As an Order Management Specialist you will: Responsible for directing and coordinating the processing of sales orders. Responsible for directing and managing international sales orders from booking through to payment. Responsible for determining if the internal organization can meet customer requirements. Understands, interprets, and maintains compliance with federal regulations. Tracks export licenses Prepares US Customs documentation for all shipments in compliance to ITAR and EAR regulations Coordinates overseas shipments with freight forwarders Prepares documentation for Letters of Credit in order to collect payment. Perform basic administrative tasks such as answering customer phone calls, and uploading/editing documents on SharePoint Reviews and ensures accuracy of booking packages, orders and shipment documentation for the purpose of supporting international business. The Ideal Candidate will have: Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, tab management, data accuracy) Experience with order processing or administrative support Prepare documentation and follow detailed processes High School Diploma or equivalent Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
