Pay Rate: $22-$25 per hour
Pay within this range is based on experience and education

Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain and monitor all residential building systems; performing routine preventative maintenance as necessary (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
Provide interior improvements such as patching drywall, painting, making repairs to equipment and appliances, etc. as needed
Maintain exterior premises of the residential property including snow removal, grass cutting, gardening, tree pruning, etc.
Ensure all residential vehicles are maintained properly and that all necessary inspections are completed
Maintain and monitor required Life Safety devices
Construct simple therapy/residential materials and/or equipment as designed by the treatment team to paint, varnish and/or cover such materials and/or equipment
Transport materials and/or equipment between residences
Assist in the opening and closing of the pool where applicable
Tend to emergencies that may arise
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Valid NYS Driver’s License
Experience in drywall repair and painting
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English including interpreting documents such as safety rules and policy and procedure manuals
Preferred Qualifications
6 months to 1 year related experience
General knowledge of building systems (plumbing, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, etc.), blueprints and building code
