If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Learning Technology Transformation to join our Talent and Culture organization.Responsibilities: * Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for learning technology that aligns with the firm's business objectives and talent development goals; oversee the selection, implementation, and management of learning technologies, including the Learning Management System (LMS), virtual classroom platforms, and other digital learning tools * Partner with stakeholders across the firm, including Learning & Development, IT, and business leaders, to ensure that learning technology solutions meet the needs of the business * Lead a team of learning technology professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives; ensure that all learning technology solutions are compliant with firm and regulatory requirements, including those related to CPE * Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in learning technology and make recommendations for new and innovative solutions; manage relationships with learning technology vendors and service providers * Oversee the development and delivery of training and support for learning technologies to ensure their effective use across the firm * Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications: * Minimum ten years of recent experience in learning and development with a focus on learning technology * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university * Experience with a variety of learning technologies, including LMS, virtual classroom, and content development tools; experience with Cornerstone Galaxy is a plus * Proven track record of successfully leading the selection, implementation, and management of learning technology solutions in a large, complex organization; strong understanding of CPE requirements for accounting and other professional services firms * Deep understanding of learning and development principles and best practices; strong project management and leadership skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization * Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa) * Minimum ten years of recent experience in learning and development with a focus on learning technology * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university * Experience with a variety of learning technologies, including LMS, virtual classroom, and content development tools; experience with Cornerstone Galaxy is a plus * Proven track record of successfully leading the selection, implementation, and management of learning technology solutions in a large, complex organization; strong understanding of CPE requirements for accounting and other professional services firms * Deep understanding of learning and development principles and best practices; strong project manage
