Assistant Director for Workshops, Rochester, NY, University of Rochester. Works within the Universitys College Workshop Program to integrate evidence-based pedagogy into courses. Plans, communicates & ensures the timely execution of peer-led team learning (PLTL) program; provides expert guidance to faculty on PLTL teaching strategies. Develops & delivers Workshop leader training credit-bearing courses for student leaders; prioritizes & adapts assessments of the PLTL under the supervision of the Director. Provides expert guidance to academic departments. Involves the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in New York state, one day per week.
