Position type: Full-time, Contract Duration: 12 Months Location: Remote As a Senior Epic Analyst, you will: We are seeking a Senior IT Application Analyst (Epic) to support the Single Billing Office (SBO), with a strong emphasis on Epic Charge Router. The role focuses on maintenance tasks for Charge Router and related revenue workflows. This is a 100% remote hourly role (equipment not provided) working Eastern or Central hours, now through April 2027. The ideal candidate will have: Epic build experience (required) - hands on record/rule/workflow build. Epic Charge Router certification (required) - current and actively used Required Skills & Qualifications SBO experience (required) - demonstrable work within a Single Billing Office model.
