ManpowerGroup Property Maintenance Worker in Rochester, Minnesota
Our client, property management and real estate services provider is seeking a Property Mainteanance to join their team. As a Property Mainteanance, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting property upkeep and resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and mechanical aptitude which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Property Mainteanance
Location: Rochester, MN
Pay Range: $20-24/hour
Shift: Dayshift Hours Part time, occasional weekends as needed. On Call rotation required
What's the Job?
Assist with preparing apartments for new residents, including light repairs and painting
Help with general maintenance tasks such as basic carpentry and minor repairs
Support routine property upkeep and grounds maintenance
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Participate in an on-call rotation with other properties as needed
What's Needed?
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong work ethic and reliability
Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in maintenance work
Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
Reliable transportation required
