Installed Building Products Part- to Full-Time Receptionist in Rochester, Minnesota
Pay range: $20.00 per hour Responsibilities: Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees as they enter the premises. Provide information about the company and direct individuals to the appropriate personnel or department. Manage incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner. Direct calls to the appropriate staff. Provide basic information about the company and its services. Monitor and maintain office supply levels to ensure a well-equipped and organized workspace. Data entry and assist the office coordinator. Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficient in using office equipment and basic computer applications. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Physical Demands: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
