ManpowerGroup Machine Operator in Rochester, Minnesota
Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Openings in Rochester, Owatonna, and Blue Earth
Pay Range: $21-$24 (Dependent on role, location, and shift)
Shift: Various Day & Night shift schedules available
What's the Job?
Safely set-up and operate equipment to optimize machine capability and product output
Apply knowledge and skill to troubleshoot and address routine equipment malfunctions
Check for defects or malfunctions that may affect product quality
Follow safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
Maintain accurate records and documentation as required
What's Needed?
High school diploma or GED equivalent
At least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or similar role
Strong technical skills and knowledge of machinery
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
