A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Logistics Associate Position type: Full-time, Contract Duration: 5 + Months Location: Rochester, MN (Onsite) As a Logistics Associate, you will: The Associate - SCM Logistics role supports daily supply chain and logistics operations across multiple departments. This position is responsible for accurate receiving, inventory control, distribution, transportation, and materials movement while adhering to strict standards for safety, security, regulatory compliance, and productivity. The role works collaboratively with Supply Chain Management (SCM) leadership, physicians, allied health professionals, administrators, vendors, and internal stakeholders. The associate will manage a high volume of requests and serve as a primary point of contact for logistics-related inquiries. Required Education, Skills & Experience: High School Diploma or GED plus 2 years of Supply Chain/ Logistics Operations experience OR Associate's Degree plus 1 year of Supply Chain/ Logistics Operations experience is required A valid driver's license is required. Supply Chain & Logistics: Experience supporting receiving, distribution, inventory control, invoicing, and material movement Responsibilities: Support daily logistics operations including receiving, warehousing, storage, inventory control, and distribution of materials Coordinate material movement with attention to safety, security, and efficiency Serve as a primary contact for high-volume inquiries via phone, mail, and fax Communicate with suppliers regarding expediting, returns, invoicing, and receipt discrepancies Research and resolve issues related to Invoices Not Received (INR) and Received Not Invoiced (RNI) Investigate specialty and aged transactions such as proof of delivery discrepancies, shipping methods, and return processing Assist with distribution of medical products, including controlled substances and hazardous materials, in compliance with regulations Utilize SCM reports to maintain data integrity and manage special handling and critical orders Identify trends causing delays and collaborate with teams to implement long-term process improvements The ideal candidate will have: Strong supply chain or logistics experience, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast?paced, team?oriented environment.
