Description:
Rochester Gymnastics Academy (ROGA) is hiring a Floor Supervisor to oversee recreational programs and support coaching staff.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring staff and helping maintain a high-quality, structured class environment.
Pay Range:
Starting at $20+/hr
Higher based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee recreational classes during shifts
Support coaches with behavior management and structure
Mentor and guide younger or newer staff
Ensure safety and class quality standards
Assist with parent concerns and problem-solving
(Full-time) Assist with scheduling, training, and staff management
Qualifications:
Experience working with children required
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Early childhood or education background is a plus
Schedule:
Evenings and weekends required
Full-time includes additional administrative hours
