IDR, Inc Endpoint Coordinator in Rochester, Minnesota
Job Duties
IDR is seeking a Endpoint Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Rochester, MN. This role is centered around providing exceptional customer service at a prominent healthcare facility, assisting with endpoint equipment such as laptops and mobile devices. The position involves direct, on-site interaction with customers in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth operations and effective resolution of requests.
Position Overview for the Endpoint Coordinator:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers dropping off or picking up endpoint equipment.
Assist walk-in customers with loaner laptops, on-the-spot support, and general inquiries.
Work closely with service technicians to facilitate repair and service processes.
Proficiently handle customer interactions using MS Office applications.
Maintain documentation and ticket tracking for customer requests and equipment.
Requirements for the Endpoint Coordinator:
Excellent Customer Service Skills.
Some familiarity with Endpoint Equipment.
Does not need to be able to technically solve issues, but has skillset to provide interaction between customers and service technicians.
Familiarity and proficiency with MS Office applications.
High School / GED with four (4) years of experience in project coordination, order fulfillment, or customer service role, OR an Associate's degree with two (2) years of experience in similar roles, OR a Bachelor’s degree with strong computer troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
