Job Duties
IDR is seeking a Communications Associate to join one of our top clients for Rochester, Minnesota. This role involves internal communications within a highly complex healthcare project, requiring strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across multiple teams.
Position Overview for the Communications Associate:
Supporting internal communications efforts for a major healthcare organization
Managing communication across multiple stakeholders and teams
Creating and implementing effective internal communication plans
Maintaining strong interpersonal communication to facilitate collaboration
Contributing to a critical and highly visible project within the organization
Requirements for the Communications Associate:
High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years' experience in writing and editing required
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or related field or equivalent combination of education and writing experience preferred
Experience creating and implementing communications plans
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Strong project management, communication, and organization skills

pay: 34-36/hr W2
