Commercial Construction Superintendent
We are seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead day‑to‑day site operations on commercial projects. This role requires strong field leadership, coordination skills, and the ability to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient jobsite.
What You’ll Do
Supervise daily on‑site construction activities
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and trade partners
Serve as the primary on‑site contact for project managers
Enforce jobsite safety and OSHA compliance
Review plans, drawings, and specifications for accurate execution
Conduct daily walkthroughs, resolve issues, and track progress
Manage manpower, materials, and short‑term scheduling
Ensure quality workmanship and support inspections, punch lists, and closeout
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of construction experience as a supervisor
Strong commercial construction or renovation experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schedules
Proven leadership and subcontractor management skills
Professional communication and strong problem‑solving abilities
Knowledge of jobsite safety requirements
Comfortable with smartphones, email, and basic technology
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $42.86 - $57.70/hr.
