Who You Are
The Coordinator (Materials) is responsible for helping to receive / put away and expected to work closely with all new team members on training and process conformance. The Coordinator oversees project specific material and adjustments as necessary to ensure they are delivered on time to specifications with high standards. The Coordinator is also responsible for helping to oversee the successful completion of new warehouse projects and events.
The ideal candidate is a customer-focused, organized, and helpful problem-solver with proven experience providing positive and professional interactions with customers (internal and external) to ensure customer satisfaction. Time management, analytical skills, and strong communication and customer service skills are a must.
How It’s Done
Pre-receipt function of FANUC shipments, including parts and robots
Receipt of FANUC and domestic shipments through ERP system
Overseeing the delivery of projects and adjustments as necessary to ensure they are delivered to specifications and high standards
Support receiving / put away team with high-level transactions and with advanced ERP / FAC knowledge
Help train new employees on ERP receiving / put away processes
Delegate tasks to appropriate team members for warehouse projects
What You Need
Associate Degree in Business Administration/Logistics or equivalent
Minimum two years office coordinator/clerical experience
Experience in Traffic & Warehousing, fork lift, and overhead crane helpful
Ability to administratively support leadership and departments with reporting, financial tasks, tracking, order processing, data entry, and/or invoicing
Experience with MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, with the ability to create and present reports
What Would Be Even Better
Bachelor of Business Administration or Logistics
Two or more years of office coordinator/clerical experience
Prior FANUC experience working with parts and inventory
Basic understanding of inventory and purchasing concepts and terminology
