We have an outstanding career opportunity for aMaintenance Supervisor to join a leading Company located in theRochester, INsurrounding area.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
Strong understanding of facility systems and equipment, with the ability to diagnose issues and determine appropriate repairs.
Ability to perform and interpret system checks and maintenance diagnostics.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
3-5 years of experience in a lead maintenance or related supervisory role, unionized workforce a plus.
