Star City Lodging, LLC Hotel Front Desk in Roanoke, Virginia
This is a hotel of winners. Happy people work here. We don't do drama. I expect excellence, and it is rewarded. There is growth potential here, as we have 4 properties and are building a 5th.
I expect you to:
- Show up on time, ready to start at your scheduled time, not after you've been to the bathroom to fix your hair and had your lunch.
- Do the job we train you to do the way we train you to do it. I listen to feedback on possible procedural changes/updates, but learn our way first.
- Be kind to the people around you, both our guests, and your team. Non-negotiable.
- Be organized enough to know your schedule and plan to be here.
We offer a load of bonuses and incentives. If you give minimal effort, you receive minimal pay. If you show initiative and potential, there are plenty of opportunities to grow, excel, and get bonuses.
Qualifications
- High school education
- DECENT COMPUTER SKILLS ARE REQUIRED I WILL test you at the interview.
- Transportation locked in to be here when scheduled
- Ability to communicate in a language known to your team.
