We are seeking a Maintenance Tech with expertise in electrical and PLC troubleshooting to join a reputable personal care and beauty product manufacturer!! The Maintenance Technician keeps production equipment and the facility running safely and reliably. This role installs, fixes, and maintains filling and packaging machines, as well as building systems. The technician handles electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic work and helps prevent breakdowns before they happen. They work independently and as part of a team, following all safety rules and company standards.

Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair filling and packaging machines, conveyors, motors, pumps, ovens, and other production equipment.
Diagnose and repair electrical systems (120V, 480V, 24VDC, motors, VFDs, basic control systems).
Replace or repair parts, wiring, controls, and mechanical components.
Take apart and reassemble equipment when needed.
Perform routine maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
Read electrical diagrams, blueprints, PLC drawings, and process diagrams.
Use basic PLC and controls knowledge to troubleshoot issues.
Maintain building systems such as compressed air, water, drains, doors, and docks.
Perform basic pipe fitting and install or repair piping systems.
Follow all safety rules, including Lockout/Tagout, PPE, and fall protection.
Comply with OSHA, electrical, environmental, and food safety regulations.
Maintain or obtain required certifications (forklifts, lifts, etc.).
Read work orders and equipment manuals.
Record work completed and parts used in the maintenance system.
Work with contractors and communicate clearly with production and management about equipment issues.
Support continuous improvement, safety, and housekeeping programs.
Help where needed in a team-based maintenance environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; technical or trades degree preferred.
3–7+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience in a multi‑craft role.
Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
