Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Testing and Commissioning Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive system testing, developing commissioning procedures, and ensuring that all equipment and systems meet specified performance standards before deployment. You will work collaboratively with engineering teams to validate system functionality, document findings, and resolve technical issues efficiently.

  • Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive testing and commissioning procedures for complex systems and equipment

  • Conduct system validation and verification activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications and industry standards

  • Perform functional and performance testing, documenting all test results, observations, and deviations in detailed reports

  • Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot technical issues and system failures during testing phases

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design engineers, project managers, and quality assurance personnel to ensure successful commissioning outcomes

  • Maintain organized and accurate records of all testing activities, procedures, and results for regulatory and quality purposes

  • Verify that all systems operate safely and efficiently according to established protocols and client requirements

  • Recommend corrective actions and process improvements based on testing findings and commissioning experience

  • Ensure adherence to all applicable safety regulations, industry standards, and organizational policies throughout the testing and commissioning process

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree in related.

  • Proven 12 experience in testing, commissioning, or system validation within an engineering or technical environment

  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, commissioning procedures, and quality assurance practices

  • Proficiency in technical troubleshooting and systematic problem-solving approaches

  • Excellent documentation and report-writing skills with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulatory requirements relevant to your field

  • Experience with testing tools, software, and measurement equipment

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical data and specifications

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams

  • Preferred: Previous experience with system integration or commissioning of large-scale projects

  • Preferred: Knowledge of specific equipment or systems relevant to your industry sector
