Eaton Corporation Projects Sales Engineer in RIYADH, Saudi Arabia
What you’ll do:
You will handle all projects business and selling Eaton products (LV switchgear systems & components, Busway, ATS,..) in the assigned territory, work closely with different sizes of MEP contractors , consultants & end users on all projects leads, provide technical support on offers through Licenced or authorized panel builders .
You will meet the goals and objectives in the central province of Saudi Arabia.
The incumbent’s prime responsibility is to ensure that Eaton meets the customer satisfaction levels for Eaton products (LV switchgear systems & components, Busway, ATS,..) and ensure growth in the defined region whilst applying Eaton standard work practice, developing new channels and helping Eaton brand name accross different segments."
Responsible to meet and exceed assigned sales targets to meet organizational stratigic objectives
Support all aspects of the relationship with assigned contractors, consultants & end users within the assigned area of responsibility.
Weekly Customers visits and planning weekly report
Proven Sales and Business Development experience in Saudi market
Follow the projects and support through the right channel/ panel builders
Promote Eaton products and solutions
Initiate the business relation with new customers in the targeted business segments.
Manage to build and increase healthy projects pipeline .
Support the implementation of marketing and growth plans developed by management.
Understand the Market intelligence, Trends, competitors moves and behavior, SWOT Analysis, market drives. Products development , market development
Maintain a co-operative and credible working relationship with other company personnel to assure customer satisfaction.
Provide timely and accurate information for existing and upcoming opportunities based on the actual projects status and get the information from different and trusted sources
Provide necessary reports and surveys requested by management by indicated deadlines.
Comply with company policies, guidelines and instructions.
Shall carry out any tasks that are assigned by management necessary to fulfill the job requirements.
Ensure development and early identification of business opportunities.
17.Know your value preposition, elaborate and share competitors structure analyses for each Opportunity
18.Personally, demonstrates the Eaton Values & Philosophies, and Eaton’s high ethical standards
19.Liaise with prescription and Panel builders technical teams to secure the major opportunities
20.Promote for Eaton full package including the LSD and PQ and enhance the market approach by Differentiate our offer"
Qualifications:
BSc Degree in Electrical engineering
8-10 years electrical engineering sales experience, preferably in Riyadh / KSA
Skills:
Incumbent has demonstrated a clear potential to develop and execute market strategy.
Experience in projects and dealing with contractors and end users
Experience in LV switchgear business, LV breakers / components, Busway,ATS
Demonstrates sound knowledge of the assigned market & channels including product information
Know how to work effectively with customers, co-workers, and other company personnel
Understands and practices the need for effective communications inside and outside the company
Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required
