Overview
Media Planning Manager
Role Purpose
Manage day-to-day integrated media planning and campaign delivery, supporting strategic development while ensuring strong execution and performance alignment.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Develop integrated media plans aligned to campaign and business objectives
Plan digital and performance-led media across search, social, display, and video
Coordinate closely with buying, performance, and analytics teams
Track and analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations
Manage budgets, phasing, and forecasts across channels
Prepare planning decks, performance reviews, and post-campaign reports
Support senior leadership on strategic thinking and client presentations
Guide and review work from junior team members
Qualifications
4+ years of media planning experience (agency preferred)
Hands-on exposure to performance marketing and digital planning
Strong understanding of media KPIs and reporting frameworks
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
