Ferguson is hiring for a Virtual Design & Construction Modeler.
Location: Ideally, this is a Hybrid role based out of Riviera Beach, FL. Hybrid Schedule is 3 days in Office (usually T, W, Th) and 2 days Remote (usually M, F). We will consider Remote for the right person who is not located in the Riviera Beach, FL area.
Responsibilities
Model all trade layout per contract documents
Work closely with VDC Specialist to resolve clashes
Participate in coordination meetings
Follow BIM processes and standards
Produce shop drawings and other drafting deliverables
Follow the BIM Execution Plan and internal coordination process
Building/Manipulating Revit Families
Tracking any VDC issues throughout the coordination process
Qualifications
1-3 years or more of related work experience preferred
Experience with the Autodesk Construction Cloud (AutoCAD, Revit, Glue, Navisworks Manage, etc.) and Microsoft Office
Willingness to learn mechanical & plumbing construction practices and understanding of Building Codes for Mechanical and Plumbing/Piping Systems

Pay Range:

$19.47 - $31.74

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
